Being confident at spelling leads to confidence in all aspects of literacy. Keeping the same in mind, MKGM conducted an intra class Spell Bee Competition for classes I and II on 03/10/2025. It aimed at giving students a platform to learn different spellings with their pronunciations and consequently, enrich their vocabulary.

On 5th September 2025, Teachers’ Day was celebrated with grandeur and devotion at Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School. The celebration commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the CEO Sir, beloved Ekta Mam, and the Principal Sir, followed by the garlanding of the portraits of Maa Saraswati and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Soon after, the symbolic bursting of balloons filled the atmosphere with joy and energy, setting the tone for the day.

The Taluka Level Volleyball SGFI Tournament was held on 2nd and 3rd August 2025 at Swaminarayan Gurukul, Kandari, where Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School achieved remarkable success. The Under-19 and Under-14 Boys’ teams, as well as the Under-17 Girls’ team, secured the first position and qualified for the District Level Championship.

On 1st September 2025, MKGM School hosted an engaging Inter House Science Quiz for middle school students in the serene ambiance of the Meditation Hall. The event was designed to foster scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and teamwork among participants. The quiz was expertly conducted by Deepak Sir, with insightful presentations delivered by Asutosh Sir, enhancing the educational and interactive experience.

The athletics team of Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School participated in the CBSE Cluster Athletics Meet held at SGVP International School, Ribda, from 5th August to 8th August,2025.The event witnessed the participation of around 80 schools from across the region, making it a highly competitive and vibrant sports platform.

A vibrant and creative I/C English Poem Recitation Competition was held in MKGM on 30/08/2025 for students of classes Nursery to 6. The competition aimed to nurture public speaking skills, boost confidence, and foster a love for English poetry.

On 2nd August 2025, Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School, Kandari, hosted the SGFI District Level Shooting Competition. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from many schools across the district and created an atmosphere of discipline and healthy competition.

The students of Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School participated in the SGFI District Level Yoga Competition on 18th August 2025 and the Rope Mallakhamb and Pole Mallakhamb Competitions on 19th August 2025. A total of nine students represented the school and secured remarkable positions.

On 20 August 2025, the boys and girls of Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School participated in the SGFI District Level Wrestling Competition organized at C. A. Patel School, Motafofalia. The event witnessed the participation of many schools across the district, and our students gave an excellent performance with remarkable results. In total, 15 students secured the first position, 4 students the second position, and 1 student the third position.

MKGM celebrated Purple Colour Day for kinder Gartens on 25/08/2025. The main objective of celebrating Purple Colour Day is to introduce students to the colour purple and its significance. Purple is often associated with royalty, creativity, and luxury.

The celebration took place in the Badminton Hall during the morning assembly, where the entry of Lord Ganesha was depicted in a unique and artistic way. A student gracefully portrayed the idol of Lord Ganesha, carried by four other students, while a group of students danced joyfully and spread colours, filling the atmosphere with vibrance and devotion.

On 15th August 2025, the 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great pride and patriotism. On this occasion, our school was honored with an invitation to participate in the flag hoisting ceremony at Karjan Court. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Additional District Judge Shree M. B. Kotak, Principal Senior Civil Judge Shree D. A. Jadav, P. V. Dhimar Saheb, senior bar members, and officers of the Karjan police.

The SGFI District-Level Swimming Championship witnessed remarkable performances by the swimmers of Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School across various age categories. In the Under-14 Boys category, Vinayak Maharana showcased his skills in the 50m freestyle event and secured the 3rd position.
