Black and Brown Colour Day was celebrated in MKGM on 29/11/2025 for the Kindergarten section to help young learners identify, recognize and appreciate the colours black and brown. The day aimed to enhance colour recognition skills and create meaningful learning experiences through hands-on activities.
Students and teachers came dressed in black and brown attire, which added vibrancy and excitement. Classrooms were decorated with objects and charts displaying items such as teddy bears, chocolates, hats, belts, trees, and animals, helping children connect the colours with real-life examples.
Various interactive activities were conducted, including craft work, sorting black and brown objects and storytelling sessions. These activities encouraged creativity, fine motor skills, and observational abilities among the students.
The celebration provided a joyful learning atmosphere and helped children understand the importance of colours in their environment. The day concluded with students confidently identifying black and brown objects around them, making the event both educational and enjoyable.
