Guru Purnima
Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School celebrated Guru Purnima with great devotion on 29 July 2026 during the morning assembly in the Badminton Hall. The programme began with the floral tribute and garlanding of the sacred portraits and idol representing the revered Gurus, symbolising gratitude and respect for their guidance.

Before the assembly, Principal sir addressed the students and explained that every individual is blessed with three Gurus in life—our parents, our spiritual Guru, and our teachers. He encouraged everyone to seek their blessings and honour them with respect and gratitude. The gathering then observed a few minutes of silent meditation accompanied by soothing flute music, remembering the Almighty. The assembly commenced with the prayer, "Guru meri pooja Guru govind " followed by the ceremonial lamp-lighting by the Principal, Vice Principal, and Coordinators. The programme continued with the Thought of the Day, News of the Day, and an inspiring speech by a student highlighting the significance of Guru Purnima.
The celebration concluded with an atmosphere filled with devotion, peace, and gratitude, inspiring everyone to uphold the values of the Guru-Shishya tradition.
