Purple brings creativity and imagination
MKGM celebrated Purple Colour Day for kinder Gartens on 25/08/2025. The main objective of celebrating Purple Colour Day is to introduce students to the colour purple and its significance. Purple is often associated with royalty, creativity, and luxury.

The activities on this day are designed to be engaging and educational, helping children learn about this particular colour in a memorable way. It's a day to make learning both informative and fun for the little ones.
It is often chosen a day when students and teachers wear purple attire. The classrooms are also decorated with purple objects. Children were encouraged to bring purple objects from home, such as a toy, fruit or vegetable. They then get to talk about their object, which helps build their confidence and speaking skills. Teachers use songs and rhymes about the color purple to reinforce the lesson in a fun, rhythmic way.
Thus, The Purple Colour Day for KG students was a celebratory event focused on teaching young children about the colour purple. It was a fun and interactive way to help them with colour recognition and fine motor skills.
