Fancy Dress Competition

Fancy Dress Competition is a popular activity at MKGM, especially for toddlers. The students eagerly look forward as it allows them to live their fantasies by dressing up in costumes and acting like their favourite characters. It is about creative costumes and also the way students carry themselves on stage.

On 25/06/ 2025, MKGM organised the Fancy Dress competition for the students from class Nursery to class 3. The main objective of this competition was to develop cognitive skills and confidence in the students. The competition provided a great learning experience for the students and gave them a platform to explore their talent.
The aim of the competition was not only to blend learning with fun but also to develop confidence in the students. Children dressed up in their colourful costumes and spoke a few sentences on the character that they depicted. The children looked very sweet and innocent in their colorful costumes. Students displayed their talents on the themes of 'Nature ', 'Indian attire' and 'Community Helpers'. They dressed up as Tree, Sun, Flower, Doctor etc. Also, they show powerful characters like Jhansi ki Rani, Narendra Modiji.
Students gave the message like Save Tree Save Environment, Limit the use of Plastic, Go Green. Also, they show the importance of our traditional heroes.
It was a feast, watching them dressed up in different characters or creatures. The effort taken by the parents and teachers of the participants was highly commendable.
