Essay writing

Essay writing is a very sensitive form of self expression. It is a harmonious blending of thought and expression. Keeping this perspective in mind MKGM conducted I/C English Essay Writing Competition for classes III to VI on 20th June 2025.

The competition aimed to foster creative writing skills, enhance vocabulary, improve grammatical accuracy and encourage critical thinking among young learners.

The students from all participating classes displayed remarkable enthusiasm and engagement. They approached the chosen topics like "Aim in life", "First time I performed on stage", "Our Ancient Culture", Importance of Science and Technology" etc with creativity and demonstrated their understanding.

Thus, the English Essay Writing Competition held successfully, effectively meeting its stated objectives. It not only provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their writing abilities but also instilled in them a greater appreciation for the English language and the art of creative expression. The English Department looks forward to organizing more such engaging events to continue nurturing the literary talents of our students.
